In 2017, under the guidance of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and the introduction of high-tech equipment manufacturing industry (automobile manufacturing), the mayor of Rizhao and the Secretary of the Party committee of the high tech Zone went to Baoding to discuss investment projects with Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.was looking for factories to produce passenger car assets. Rizhao's investment environment, supporting policies and existing plants had the basis for cooperation. In May 2017, the two sides basically confirmed their cooperation intention.

       2017年,日照市政府在新旧动能转换、引进高新装备制造产业(汽车制造)的发展方向指引下,日照市长、高新区区委书记等一行亲赴保定,与河北中兴汽车制造有限公司洽谈招商引资项目合作。河北中兴汽车制造有限公司正就乘用车资产寻找工厂进行生产,日照的招商环境、支持政策和现有厂房具备了合作的基础。2017年5月,双方基本确定合作意向。

The registered capital of the company is 1.5 billion Yuan, which is jointly funded by Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Rizhao high tech Development Group Co., Ltd. The company covers an area of about 368 thousand square meters, with a construction area of about 134 thousand square meters and a production capacity of 100000 vehicles / year. It has an advanced automobile test center, the automation rate of the four major vehicle manufacturing process lines has reached 70%, and the process equipment has reached the advanced level in China. In August 2019, it passed the qualification examination of the prefix "1", "5", "6" and "7" of the Ministry of industry and information technology of China, and had the production qualification of traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles for commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles and special vehicles. In December of the same year, the first batch of vehicles went offline.

       2017年9月双方共同出资成立日照中兴汽车有限公司(以下简称合资公司),同年,河北中兴在日照成立河北中兴汽车日照分公司(以下简称日照分公司)。合资公司位于山东省日照市东港区菏泽北路6号,是一家集汽车整车研发及销售、汽车制造、零部件研发、采购、制造及销售与技术服务的大型合资企业。公司注册资本15亿元整,由河北中兴汽车制造有限公司与日照高新发展集团有限公司共同出资成立。公司占地约552亩,建筑面积约13.4万平米,产能10万辆/年。拥有先进的汽车试验中心,整车制造四大工艺流水线自动化率达到70%,工艺装备达到国内先进水平, 2019年8月份通过了国家工信部“1”“5”“6”“7”字头资格审核,具备商用车、乘用车、专用车的传统燃油车及新能源汽车生产资质,同年12月实现首批整车下线。

The building area of stamping workshop is about 15000 square meters, which is divided into six areas: operation area, material preparation area, maintenance area, mold repair area, mold storage and raw material storage.

The stamping equipment adopts 2000 tons 5-sequence single acting sheet automatic stamping production line. It has excellent deep drawing performance, perfect forming ability and stamping process curve.

冲压车间建筑面积约1.5万平方米,分作业区、备料区、检修区、模修区、模具存放和原材料存放六个区域。

冲压设备采用2000吨5序单动薄板全自动冲压生产线。拥有优良的深拉伸性能、完美的成型能力和冲压工艺曲线。

② Welding workshop

②焊装车间


The welding workshop covers an area of 25500 square meters. It is mainly composed of small parts welding, sub assembly welding, body assembly welding and body adjustment line. The workshop has planned and arranged the production lines of 1-series, 3-Series and 7-series products.

焊装车间建筑面积2.55万平方米。主要由小件焊接、分总成焊接、车身总成焊接、车身调整线组成。车间规划布置了1系、3系、7系三个平台产品的生产线。

The floor line and main welding line are welded by robot, and the precision of welding point can be controlled within 0.05mm, which ensures the strength and consistency of welding point. Three coordinate measuring equipment ensures the accuracy of tooling and body.

地板线、主焊线采用机器人焊接,焊点精度可控制在0.05mm之内,保证了焊点强度和焊接一致性。三坐标测量设备保证了工装精度和车身精度。

The adjustment line mainly completes the assembly and clearance adjustment of five doors and one cover, fender and cargo box, as well as the grinding and inspection of exterior panels such as side wall and door.

调整线主要完成车身五门一盖、翼子板、货箱的装配、间隙调整,及侧围、车门等外覆盖件的修磨、检查等工作。

The construction area of the painting workshop is 31000 square meters. It is designed and built according to the standard of 100000 class clean room. The workshop maintains constant temperature and humidity. The workshop is divided into high clean area and clean area.

涂装车间建筑面积3.1万平米,按10万级净房标准设计建造,车间保持恒温恒湿。车间分为高洁净区和洁净区。

The electrophoretic line uses the internationally advanced cathodic electrophoretic paint with high permeability and high corrosion resistance, which ensures that the interior of the car body also has excellent corrosion resistance. The salt spray resistance exceeds 1000 hours, and it will not rust after 10 years of normal use.

The main workshop of the general assembly workshop covers an area of 30600 square meters. It is divided into four functional areas: production assembly, distribution, function detection and maintenance. The main line production rhythm is 3 minutes. It can realize the assembly of pickup truck, car, SUV, city logistics vehicle, etc.

总装车间主厂房占地面积3.06万平米。分为生产装配、配货、功能检测和维修四个功能区,主线生产节拍为3分钟。可以实现皮卡、轿车、SUV、城市物流车等多种车型组装。

2. Test Center

2、试验中心


Rizhao Zhongxing Automobile laboratory has a building area of 3650 square meters, 96 meters long and 38 meters wide. The total investment of laboratory equipment is about 62 million Yuan. It was planned and designed from February 2019, and gradually completed and put into use by September 2019.

       日照中兴汽车实验室,建筑面积约3650平方米,长96米、宽38米。实验室设备总投资约6200万元,于2019年2月起规划设计,到2019年9月逐步建成并投入使用。

At present, the test center includes 8 laboratories including vehicle performance and emission laboratory, engine performance laboratory, vehicle vibration laboratory, mechanics laboratory, salt spray laboratory, material laboratory, electrical laboratory and battery laboratory, three comprehensive vibration test bench, KC test bench and other test bench, as well as staff office area. Rizhao Zhongxing vehicle test center can meet the requirements of traditional vehicle main parts test, vehicle performance test, electrical test, etc., and carry out new energy vehicle related tests.

       目前,试验中心包括整车性能排放实验室、发动机性能实验室、整车振动实验室、力学实验室、盐雾实验室、材料实验室、电器实验室、电池实验室8个实验室,三综合振动试验台、KC试验台等测试台架,以及工作人员办公区域。日照中兴整车试验中心,能够满足传统汽车主要零部件测试、整车性能测试、电器测试等,同时开展新能源汽车相关测试。

1, Vehicle environmental test chamber:  


 The equipment is mainly composed of cabin, refrigeration / dehumidification system, heating / humidification system, air handling system, sunlight simulation system, control system and safety protection system. It can complete air conditioning test, cooling, heating, defrosting, demisting, frosting, cold start, weatherability test, thermal management test, engine cooling system performance test and other vehicle problems scene reproduction test (user requirements).

Including data acquisition equipment: mainly used for vehicle loop model test (air conditioning water temperature loop model test, etc.)

1,整车环境试验舱

设备主要由舱体、制冷/除湿系统、加热/加湿、空气处理系统、阳光模拟系统、控制系统及安全保护系统等构成。可完成空调试验,降温、升温、除霜、除雾、结霜、冷起动、耐候性试验、热管理试验,发动机散热系统性能试验等车辆各种问题的情景再现试验(用户要求)。

含数采设备:主要用于整车环模试验(空调水温环模试验等)



2, *Chassis dynamometer:


 The chassis dynamometer adopts the middle position structure of dynamometer motor, which is mainly used for two wheel drive vehicle test. The dynamometer is mainly composed of dynamometer drum, AC variable frequency motor / driver, dynamometer controller and various auxiliary systems. When the dynamometer is installed underground and the vehicle is driven on the drum, the dynamometer can simulate the actual road conditions, such as speed, torque or road load, and the vehicle can be tested in the simulated actual road environment. Road load simulation is realized by dynamometer driver.

2,*底盘测功机

底盘测功机采用测功电机中置式结构形式,主要用于两轮驱动车辆试验。该测功机主要由测功机转鼓、交流变频电机/驱动器、测功机控制器以及各类辅助系统等组成。测功机安装在地下,车辆驶上转鼓,对中固定后,测功机模拟实际道路条件如速度、扭矩或道路载荷等,车辆可以在模拟的实际道路环境下试验。通过测功机驱动器来实现道路载荷模拟。



3, *Vehicle emission performance test system:


 The hub bench emission measurement full flow dilution system is designed according to the national fifth and sixth emission regulations. Combined with the hub bench, it forms a complete set of engine emission regulation certification test system, which is mainly used in emission regulation certification test, engine performance test, electronic control engine optimization calibration test, road load simulation test and other development tests.

3,*整车排放性能测试系统

转毂台架排放测量全流稀释系统依据国五和国六排放法规进行设计, 与转毂台架相结合,组成一套完整的发动机排放法规认证试验系统,主要应用于排放法规认证试验、发动机性能试验、电控发动机优化标定试验以及道路负荷模拟试验等其它的开发试验。



4, Vehicle suspension dynamic performance test:


 The K & C test bench is used to measure the suspension mobility (k characteristic) and flexibility (C characteristic) of the vehicle under quasi-static state. It is designed for the double axle suspension of the whole vehicle. The loading mode is body movement and ground static mode. It consists of body clamping and loading system, wheel platform loading system, steering wheel position and torque measurement system, braking system, wheel alignment parameter test system, wheel positioning parameter test system, wheel positioning parameter test system, wheel platform loading system, steering wheel position and torque measurement system Computer control system, etc.

4,整车悬架动态性能测试

K&C 试验台用于测量车辆在准静态下的悬架运动性(K特性)与柔性特性(C特性),为整车双轴悬架设计,加载方式为车身运动,地面静止模式,由车身夹持及加载系统、车轮平台加载系统、方向盘位置与转矩测量系统、制动系统、车轮定位参数测试系统、计算机控制系统等组成。

 The test system uses the imported AC power dynamometer as the test core; The four quadrant active (AFE) inverter system, as the controller of electric dynamometer, operates in four quadrants, and its energy is directly fed back to the power grid; Fst5 CNC system, as the control core of the bench system, can automatically complete the engine test cycle specified by relevant regulations and user-defined test cycle; At the same time, the fst5 CNC system can integrate the external auxiliary equipment (intercooler, coolant temperature control device, oil temperature control device, etc.). The scheme is equipped with a data acquisition system for the acquisition of engine measurement parameters, and real-time record, process, display and generate test reports through the fst5 CNC system.

7,发动机性能测试系统(含油耗仪)

该测试系统采用进口交流电力测功机作为测试核心;四象限主动型(AFE)变频逆变系统作为电力测功机控制器,四象限运行,能量直接回馈电网;FST5数控系统作为台架系统控制核心,可自动完成相关法规规定的发动机测试循环和用户定义的测试循环;同时FST5数控系统满足对外部辅助设备(中冷器、冷却液温度控制装置、机油温度控制装置等)进行整合,该方案配备数据采集系统,用于发动机各测量参数的采集,并通过FST5数控系统实时记录、处理、显示并生成试验报表。

9, *Battery pack three comprehensive test bed:


 Three comprehensive test-bed is mainly composed of environment box and shaking table. Among them, the environment box can be used with the shaking table or alone. The vibration test system is mainly composed of shaking table, horizontal sliding table, power amplifier, vibration controller, cooling unit and vertical expansion table. Three comprehensive test bench is mainly used to test the temperature, humidity and vibration of power battery assembly and other parts.

三综合试验台主要由环境箱、振动台主体两部分等组成。其中环境箱可与振动台配合使用,也可单独使用。振动试验系统主要由振动台主体、水平滑台、功率放大器、振动控制仪、冷却单元以及垂直扩展台等组成。三综合试验台主要用于进行动力电池总成及其他零部件的温度、湿度、振动方面的试验设备。



10, Body torsion stiffness test bed:


 According to the constraints and load conditions in the process of use, the test is carried out under simulated working conditions. The torsion stiffness and bending stiffness of the car body are tested under the experimental conditions.

11, Front and rear end protection pendulum impact test bench:


 It can be used to test the strength of bumper structure and its connectors, including longitudinal impact test and corner impact test, and the relevant standards are: GB 17354-1998 certification test of automobile front and rear end protection device, ECE R42.

 It can carry out the strength test of the top and side doors of all kinds of passenger cars with the top height of the body ≤ 2500mm, including the strength test of the top of the cab / passenger compartment and the strength test of the side doors.

14, Four door two cover testing machine:


 It is mainly used for durability test of side door, front cover, back cover, door hinge, limiter, door lock, door sealing strip and other assemblies of various types of vehicles under normal temperature environment (only durability test, not performance test, performance test is conducted on door lock & hinge tester).

15, Inspection equipment for function, performance and durability of spare parts (5 items):


 Windshield wiper testing machine: it can carry out wiper performance test, wiper angle test, wiper motor function test, wiper motor boost test, wiper frequency measurement, snow load durability test, working durability test, wiper rod compression force on wiper blade.


Door lock & hinge testing machine: it can carry out static load test of door hinge (test the ability of the hinge system of the vehicle to bear the longitudinal and transverse test load, and the ability of the rear door to bear the vertical test load), static load test of door lock (test the ability of the door lock system of the vehicle to bear the longitudinal and transverse test load).

15,零部件功能、性能、耐久性检验设备(5项)

风窗玻璃刮水器试验机:可进行刮水器性能测试、刮刷角度大小测试、雨刮电机功能测试、雨刮电机升压测试、刮刷频率测量、雪负荷耐久试验、工作耐久试验、刮杆对刮片压紧力。

车门锁&铰链试验机:可进行门铰链静态负荷试验(检测车辆的铰链系统承受纵向、横向,以及后门承受垂直方向试验载荷的能力),门锁静态负荷试验(检测车辆的门锁系统承受纵向、横向试验载荷的能力)。

玻璃升降器试验机:可进行电动玻璃升降器基本性能检测, 电动玻璃升降器耐久性试验,电动玻璃升降器自锁性检测,电动玻璃升降器关闭力检测,电动玻璃升降器热保护检测,电动玻璃升降器防夹功能检测。

安全带拉伸试验机:按照实车状态安装被测试件,模拟被测试件在实车状态下的卷收力检测试验,最终试验结果为开发检验及产品进场检验的依据。
